System is allow to add Topic only once in entire system!
Note: Now Syllabus plan Preparing then it will generate TopicExecution for Each Subject, for each Topic for each instructor based on AcademicSession. So might be below content may outdated.
Just assume you have one subject like Math and this subject is teaching by three instructors
Might be
- In different shifts
- In different units
- In different batches
- In different Periods
Due to the large quantity of students or teacher reassignements.
Just for demo purpose below are Instructor which teaching Math subject.
- Aman
- Manali
- Dipak
- Chandu
Then question might be come where and how to add topic for Split up syllabus plan or daily syllabus plan??
The twist is Topic need to add inside the subject.
As per the business domain Topics are always located inside Subject.
Example:
Math is Subject and Subject Have chapters nothing but Topic.
Same in this case we have two subjects for SMW trade
Skill is basically Practical subject. While Knowledge is theory subject.
Below are list of topic under theory subject
Add new Topic
So case is pretty simple.
Simple need to click on add new topic as + button and form will pop up.
Add Topic name and description is optional.
After adding this visit Topic Executions.
Topic will add once in life
Behind the reason is only one instructor will add this Topic and TopicExecution is dates will provide every year.
Not needed to add same topic again and again in system.
